Waiting seems to be quite taboo lately. We live in a microwave society where everyone is driven by the desire to have everything "Now!" No one wants to wait anymore...And when challenged with the opportunity, frustration and lots of complaining are generally attached to the Wait. Unfortunately, with that mentality we forfeit the benefits that are produced when waiting. I don't know if any of you are like me, and you've experience good ole down south home cooking. But, in grandma's kitchen, that's what was consistently brewing. Her food was always delicious! But guess what? It took time... Grandma didn't...
